What we collect
Information you give us. This site has no sign-up and no contact form. We only receive your details when you choose to start a conversation with us — by messaging us on WhatsApp or sending us an email. In that case we receive whatever you send: typically your name, phone number or email address, and what you tell us about your business.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our pages, our advertising and analytics tools collect standard technical information such as your approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, the pages you viewed, and how you arrived here.
Cookies and advertising tools
We use the Meta Pixel on our WhatsApp automation page. It sets cookies and reports back to Meta (Facebook) so we can measure whether our advertising works — for example, how many people who saw an ad went on to contact us. It also allows us to show ads to people who have visited our site.
You can opt out at any time: adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook settings, block cookies in your browser, or use your browser's private mode.
How we use your information

Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example Meta (WhatsApp messaging and advertising measurement), our hosting and email providers, and our accountant where a transaction is involved. They may only use it to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
WhatsApp conversations
When you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We keep the conversation so we can serve you properly and keep a record of what was agreed. Our automated replies handle routine questions; anything sensitive is handled by a person.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as we work with you, and afterwards only for as long as we need to for legal, tax and accounting purposes. If you ask us to delete your data and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Email info.softsupplies@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do not keep personal data we don't need.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
