RESTAURANTS & CAFÉS · MALAYSIA

You pay 30% commission on customers who already know you.

They found you once. Now the platform owns the relationship, charges you commission on every repeat order, and won't even tell you who they are. Your best customers should be yours — reachable, on WhatsApp, at no commission.

No charge, no pitch — we map where your repeat business is leaking and tell you honestly if you need us.

What it actually looks like

Six things running quietly in your WhatsApp, on the official WhatsApp Business API — no extra app for you or your customers to install.

Taking a pickup order on WhatsApp with no commission

Orders straight from you

Menu, order, confirmation — all in the chat. Your regulars stop paying a platform to reach you.

Customer joining a restaurant member club on WhatsApp

Every walk-in becomes a member

No plastic card, no app. They join in one tap and earn points — and now you can reach them again.

Automatic win-back message to a customer who hasn't visited in 45 days

Quiet regulars get invited back

The system notices who's gone missing and brings them back — without anyone remembering to do it.

Automatic birthday message with a free dessert offer

Birthdays, on autopilot

Set it once. Every member gets their message on the day — and birthdays rarely arrive alone.

Booking a table for four on WhatsApp

Bookings without the phone ringing

Tables get booked and confirmed in the chat, while your floor staff keep serving.

Feedback routed to Google if happy, privately to the owner if not

Reviews, pointed the right way

Happy diners get nudged to Google. Unhappy ones reach you privately — while you can still fix it.

This isn't about leaving the delivery apps

Keep them. They're good at one thing: getting you discovered by someone new.

What they're not good at is the second, third and tenth visit — the ones with no acquisition cost, that should be pure margin. Right now the platform charges you commission on those too, and keeps the customer's details. This puts that part of your business back in your own hands: your customer list, your WhatsApp, your margin.

Why trust us with it

We're not resellers. We build and operate this kind of system every day — including our own.

Live

Already running in F&B

A WhatsApp membership and CRM system we built is in daily use by a paying F&B client — this isn't a concept, it's the thing we already run.

Own

Our own WhatsApp platform

We build on and operate our own production WhatsApp automation platform on the official Meta Cloud API — what we set up for you is the version we run ourselves.

5

Markets of engineering

Our founder is technical co-founder and CTO of a platform running across 5 Southeast Asian markets — built end to end, web to mobile.

How it works

Most restaurants are live within two weeks.

Free audit — we map where repeat business leaks

A short chat about how orders and bookings reach you today, and what happens after someone eats. You get the map either way, and we'll say so if you don't need us.

We build it on your number

WhatsApp Business API setup, your menu, the member club, win-backs, bookings and review flows — shaped around how your restaurant actually runs.

You go live and we stay on it

We test it end to end, train your floor and counter staff, hand it over documented, and tune it once real customers start coming through.

The questions every owner asks

Straight answers, before you have to ask them.

What does it cost?

Projects start from RM 2,000 as a one-off build, plus a small monthly running cost for the WhatsApp API and hosting. Where you land depends on how much you switch on — ordering and a member club sit at the lower end; full automation with win-backs, bookings and review routing sits higher.

You get the exact number in writing after the free audit, before you commit. The audit itself is free either way.

Do I have to stop using GrabFood or foodpanda?

No, and we wouldn't advise it. They're good at bringing you someone new. This is about the repeat visits after that — the orders you shouldn't be paying commission on. Most restaurants run both, and simply move their regulars across over time.

Do I need to change my number?

No. We can move your existing restaurant number onto the WhatsApp Business API, or set it up on a separate number if you'd rather keep the two apart. Your customers keep messaging the number already printed on your receipts and signage.

How do customers end up on my WhatsApp in the first place?

A QR code on the table, receipt or takeaway bag is the usual way — they scan and the chat opens with your menu. It also works from your Instagram bio, Google listing, and click-to-WhatsApp ads.

Do I need someone technical to run it?

No. We build it, test it and hand it over documented. Day to day your team just replies in a normal shared inbox — if your staff can use WhatsApp, they can use this. The reminders, birthdays and win-backs run on their own.

I already have a POS / loyalty system. Does this replace it?

Usually not — it sits in front of it. Your POS is where the transaction happens; this is where the conversation happens. If your system can talk to other software, we can connect the two so points and visits stay in sync.

Will it annoy my customers?

It shouldn't, and that's a design decision. Messages go only to people who opted in, there's an easy way out, and we deliberately keep the frequency low. A birthday note and an occasional win-back is welcome; weekly blasts are how you get blocked.

Find out what your repeat business is worth

Free audit. We look at how orders and bookings reach you, where the repeat business is leaking, and tell you honestly what to fix — whether or not you hire us.

Typically replies in seconds — that's rather the point.
